Kivuli is a national campaign established to combat the growing problem of substance abuse in Zimbabwe. We work with government agencies, healthcare providers, communities, and international partners to provide education, rehabilitation services, and support to those affected by drug abuse.

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.
Narcotics Anonymous is a nonprofit, international, community-based organization for recovering addicts. NA members learn from one another how to live drug-free and recover from the effects of addiction in their lives. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.
Families Anonymous is a 12-Step fellowship for the families and friends of those individuals with drug, alcohol or related behavioral issues. FA members share their own experience, strength and hope as they learn to focus on their own physical and emotional well-being, regardless of how their loved ones may be affected by addiction.
